About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance Operations Manager with strong experience in accounts payable and reconciliation processes.
You’ll help us map and structure real-world finance workflows across systems and teams.
What You’ll Do Break down invoice processing and reconciliation workflows end-to-end Work across ERP systems, spreadsheets, and email communication Define how discrepancies are identified and resolved Map approval flows and internal coordination processes Identify edge cases and common failure scenarios
What We’re Looking For 3–8+ years in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or Accounting Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) Strong understanding of reconciliation and audit processes Detail-oriented with strong process thinking Ability to clearly explain workflows and decision logic
Nice to Have Experience in high-volume or fast-scaling environments Exposure to automation or process optimization initiatives
