Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and documentation of financial governance frameworks and internal controls.
Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, including variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenditures.
Collaborate with project managers to gather and analyze project cost data.
Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and research as needed.
Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in financial systems.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
