You’ll be supported by an experienced Senior Broker and a dedicated loan processing team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for your clients.
What you will do - Essential Responsibilities
Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new business through strategic networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Deliver tailored finance solutions across residential, investment, SMSF, and commercial lending.
Manage end-to-end client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
Work closely with internal loan processors and senior brokers to ensure smooth application flow and high client satisfaction.
Stay informed on lending policies, market trends, and regulatory updates to provide accurate advice.

Remuneration Structure
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Ideal Candidate Profile
✔️ Experienced in lending — background as a Lending Banker or Mortgage/Finance Broker, with demonstrated exposure to commercial lending and complex finance structures.
✔️ Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with bilingual clients across diverse cultural contexts.
✔️ Proven success in mortgage broking or financial services — preferred but not essential, as long as the candidate shows strong initiative and adaptability.
✔️ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
✔️ Results-driven and goal-oriented, passionate about helping clients achieve their property and financial objectives.
✔️ Holds a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management or equivalent qualification.
✔️ Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, supporting a strong foundation in financial analysis and compliance.
