Job Description
• Finalisation of Financial Statements as per the Corporate Laws.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS report and Financial Statements
• Coordinate with Internal and Statutory auditor for internal / statutory audits
• Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis, and Management Reporting.
• Compliance with Taxation Laws and other Statutory Payments.
• Managing Bank Accounts of the Company and Monthly Reconciliation.
• Verification of issue of Debit Notes / Credit notes related to vendors and /or customers.
• Managing Fund flow, Cash flow & Working Capital requirement of the Company.
• Verification of Books of accounts maintained by Company.
