Responsibilities include administrative functions and reviews associated with new account onboardings. This includes review of documentation against account details in 3rd party portals, which may involve the review of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data.
We are seeking a highly organized individual to complete audit requests from Institutional clients. This includes gathering data from various repositories and coordinating responses between internal teams to package final client deliverables. Document management, record keeping and retention throughout the client lifecycle is also a key responsibility, including tagging, categorizing, and uploading documents to a book of record and linking to Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining financial account records in Salesforce (CRM). This includes account research across various systems and data entry within Salesforce.
This role requires collaboration with operations, technology, transformation, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. The successful candidate will analyze current business processes to understand business needs and determine how to best fulfill those needs via system and process enhancements.
Additionally, this position involves timely escalation and resolution of issues, adherence to key control/regulatory/audit standards, and ensuring all changes to products, best practices, and operating models are clearly understood by all stakeholders and implemented in a controlled manner.
