We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to oversee the outsourced Accounts Receivable process for multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate billing, invoicing, and collection of outstanding payments

Maintain precise financial records using Oracle NetSuite and Excel
">
Reconcile AR ledgers and resolve discrepancies
">
Provide monthly sales registers with export details for SOFTEX filings
">
Track export receipts for SOFTEX Filings and EDPMS adjustments
">
Reconcile TDS receivables with Form 26AS
">
Assist in GSTR filing and ensure compliance with the latest regulations
">
Prepare and present financial reports to management
">
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver top-notch client service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Proven experience in accounting (corporate experience preferred)

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
