Reporting to the Financial Controller, and working directly with the Finance team, this position will involve ensuring the accurate reporting of the artist related financial results in accordance with reporting timetables, artist related contracts and relevant accounting standards and principles and assisting the Finance department with month end processing and ad hoc functions.

The role
Financial Reporting
Review & approve allocated WNS month end journals
Oversee Balance Sheet to HFM input and preparation of cashflow and sundry schedules including I/Co sign off.
Prepare monthly tax journals
Prepare quarterly tax schedules for HFM
Review BAS, reconcile to GL and submit for lodgement with ATO
Perform weekly operational review with OTC WNS team
Review and manage bank reconciliation prepared by WNS
D2C & Retail Sales
Oversee monthly calculation of provisions (Stock/Debtors).
Oversee closing of Accounts Receivable/CDS interface to sales
Ensure physical sales interfaces integrity using FIS
Prepare D2C account reconciliations for review
Oversee Ticket upsells
Accounts Receivable
Oversee Accounts Receivable function in conjunction with outsourced OTC team.
Review of sundry aged debtors to ensure all invoices are collected and accounted for in a timely manner
Accounting systems
Monitor SAP system integrity
SAP Calendar maintenance
Controls, Compliance and Tax
Prepare narratives and flowcharts for Internal Controls including annual testing for UMA
Attend relevant Company controls training
Prepare annual statutory accounts including maintenance of adjusting entries
Preparation of annual tax return and related schedules including IDS schedule
Prepare management tax calc to PwC Tax Return
General & Other
Bank Signatory level 1
Support Senior Finance Manager in development of process efficiencies and other projects as allocated.
Process monthly payroll journals
Review ARIA & PPCA Reporting, including management of annual audit
Organise quarterly review of all outstanding items on the bank rec and organise cancellations as required
UMG environmental reporting collation and input
UMG Insurance reporting and input
