About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Process Developer Record To Report to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in General Accounting. Responsibilities include creating journal entries, performing month-end close activities, and reviewing fixed assets capitalization and maintenance. Other duties involve intercompany accounting, bank and investment reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations. The candidate must be able to identify reconciled items and ensure their clearance, as well as perform escheat reconciliations and corporate reporting. Additionally, they will work with internal and external audits to ensure SOX compliance.
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a B Com degree and relevant experience in General Accounting. They should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, Pivot, VLOOKUP, and Macros. Experience with IT skills, ERP, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle Workday Financial, and MS Office is highly desirable. Partner management experience and quality lean process improvement knowledge are also valuable assets.
