Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, Handel the GST portal, Eway-bill, Knowledge of taxes, accounting software like tally and tally ERP+.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in accounting regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
5 years of experience working in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
