• Reconcile accounts, maintain the general ledger, and manage month-end close procedures.
• Analyze financial reports, forecasts, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Compile electronic data and necessary documentation for liability, asset, and capital accounts.
• Generate financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and other critical financial documents.
• Stay updated on new and existing legislation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervise and mentor up to 5 junior accountants.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in intercompany transactions and reconciliations for audit preparation.
• Hands-on experience with US accounting software such as Quick Books Online, Quick Books Desktop, Xero, Zoho, etc.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor up to 5 junior accountants.
