Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of Month End Close activities, preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with SOX and other Internal Controls, and supporting Business and other teams with requested information.
Key Responsibilities
• Month End Close Activities: Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of Month End Close activities, including revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, reserves calculation, and journal entries preparation/posting.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations as per defined Quality Criteria.
• SOX Compliance: Ensure compliance to SOX and other Internal Controls.
• Support Business Teams: Support Business and other teams with requested information in a timely manner.
Requirements
• Education: Fulltime B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA.
• Experience: Minimum 5-12 years' experience in Record to Report / Financial Accounting process.
• Skills: Hands-on experience in Month End Closing, SAP / Oracle / HFM / One Stream reporting / ERP/US GAAP.
• Certifications: Lean / Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
