Who We Are
We’re working to shine a light on all things property. Our business is built around connecting the steps throughout the property journey to create a better experience for people. We call it the property marketplace, and it’s driven by our data.
As we change the way people engage with property, we need diverse thinkers to help us. So even if you don’t meet 100% of the following criteria, we’d love you to apply anyway.
About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, Domain is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Treasury & Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in corporate treasury and financial management, and gain exposure to ASX reporting and financial control activities.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with daily cash flow forecasting and monitoring to support Domain’s financial operations.
Manage banking and corporate card administration.
Learn the ropes of treasury controls, debt and covenant management, and long-term cash flow forecasting.
Assist with month-end financial control activities, including treasury-related reporting.
Work with external stakeholders such as financial institutions and external auditors.
Support quarterly Audit & Risk Committee reporting.
Gain exposure to broader financial control activities, supporting the half and year-end ASX reporting process and various team initiatives.
Support the Group’s insurance renewal process.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
CA/CPA (or on the pathway to certification).
Strong Excel skills and understanding of accounting and cash flow concepts.
External audit (Big 4 preferred), banking and/or relevant corporate experience.
A can-do attitude with a passion for learning and curiosity.
Why This Role?
Perfect for first movers from Big Four firms seeking to break into corporate treasury and finance.
Be part of a vibrant, collaborative team with opportunities for career growth.
Hybrid working model – a balanced mix of in-office and remote work.
Gain exposure to different areas of finance, with mentoring from experienced professionals.
Why Join Us:
We’re the right size business for you to make a real impact, with a workplace culture where you can be you. Perks of the role include:
Discover your ideal work-life balance with our approach to flexibility;
First-rate parental leave and wellbeing policies;
Access to Perkbox, giving you discounts across healthcare, entertainment, food, utilities and more
Continuous opportunities to leap, learn and grow.
We don’t just talk, we do. Every day we solve property problems for Australians and beyond. We encourage our people to see the possibilities, and turn them into realities. That’s why we want you.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join a vibrant team of innovators—doers, creators, and thinkers—turning property possibilities into reality. We’re coding, building, and designing solutions that are revolutionising a sector Australians deeply care about.
What’s Next?
We’ll give your application the thoughtful attention it deserves and get back to you as soon as possible. If there’s a match, one of our recruitment consultants will reach out—so keep your phone handy! We’re genuinely excited about the chance to work together and make a meaningful impact.
