The ideal candidate will Analyse, Compile and Reconcile accounting data and prepare Management Information Reports

• Reconciliation of Sales with Receipts from various Payment Gateways and Courier Partners.
• Prepare E-Payment analytic/metrics reports e.g. compile and analyze data required for the preparation of various ad hoc and routine statistical reports such as monthly and Fiscal Year to date e-Payment reports, dashboard metrics and fraud analysis. Monitor and report increases in ratio of chargebacks/disputes and fraud to sales volume
• Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans, financial models and providing financial forecasts
• Maintain and update documentation and procedures for cash, budget, forecast, bank account analysis, and E-payment management activities
• Ensure compliance with processes and policies
• Perform bookkeeping by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions from banks statements, invoices and operational statements
• Well versed in Tally to maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Monthly GST Working.
• Reconciliation of Bank, Sundry Debtors & Creditors
• Activities related to Banking, Sales Tax & Income, Day-to-Day Accounting, Salary Statement, PF, Salary & wages
• Finalization of Accounts & Balance sheet
• Work with internal and external auditors to provide support documentation
• Manipulate and format data in cloud-based spreadsheets and ideally use scripts to automate routine tasks
• Maintain historical records by filing documents into Google Drive and adding Google Drive links spreadsheets in the cloud
• Help in the administration of the personal finances for the CEO, which may include:
• Making calls to financial intermediaries such as: investment brokers, pension administrators, etc.
• Research about financial accounts such as: bank accounts, pension accounts, brokerage accounts including finding out about fees, range of investments offered within, etc.
Requirements:
• Min 2 Years of experience in similar profile.
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Economics or any relevant course
• Must have strong financial analysis skills
• CA drop out or Diploma/Degree in Accounting Management
• Well-versed in analysing, interpreting and manipulating spreadsheets, e.g. Microsoft Excel
• Very good spoken and written English with effective communication skills
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in financial modeling techniques
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Strong report writing skill
