Financial Analyst Role -
Work Location: - Bangalore (Rotational Shift- 5 days working from office (Monday to Friday)
Experience range: - 0 to 2 years
Roels and Responsibility: -
Manage the end-to-end billing process for North American clients and prepare invoices for customers.
To take ownership of and resolve customer enquiries and communications by providing assistance, advice and Billing actions in NetSuite, SFDC. Address Billing related queries in Mailbox. Processing Credits and Refunds and Handle calculations for early Terminations of contracts.
To respond to telephone, email service requests, enquiries and customer communications to improve billing efficiency and resolve customer queries.
Review commercial agreement, Performance obligation and Transaction Price to identify potential revenue recognition issues and ensure proper revenue treatment.
Auditing contracts, billing, cash application, and revenue records to identify and correct errors and providing feedback for efficient audit practices.
Reviewing all aged invoices periodically to identify potential bad debts and subsequent write-offs.
Responsible for month end closing accounting and reporting activities in compliance with USGAAP and SOX control.
Meeting the needs of internal customers/ global finance team in processing journal entries, period end close activities, accrual setup/maintenance of prepaid and recurring entries
Performing Balance sheet reconciliations on timely basis as per the defined group reconciliation policy
Requirement:-
Qualified Chartered Accountant. With relevant experience of 0-4 years.
Ability to work in US shifts. Excellent communication and verbal skills to interact with US customers.
Experience with accounting software such as Netsuite, Salesforce and General Ledger and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
The ability to work accurately and independently.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
