Job Title: Financial Assistant
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about finance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to minimize risk.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
