Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Financial Controller to join our group finance function.
What you'll be responsible for:
Due to a recent internal move, an opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join our finance function.
Working closely alongside our Head of Financial Control, you will be responsible for group financial accounting, as well as areas of cost, inventory and PPE.
Producing high quality, consolidated financial data for both internal and external reporting, you will act as a day-to-day point of contact for external audit partners, whilst drafting annual reports, financial statements and management reporting documents.
The position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week along with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required.
What experience you'll need to have:
Be a qualified ACA/ACCA accountant, with a prior training background from practice
Demonstrable number of years post-qualification experience in industry, ideally within a manufacturing/FMCG environment or similar
Ideally hold knowledge of SAP
Excellent attention to detail whilst being comfortable engaging with senior level stakeholders
Ability to drive best-in-class accounting and reporting processes within a complex finance function

The recruitment process:
