The Responsibilities of the Finance Controller based out at Bangalore Head office Include:
• Providing in-depth Controller services effectively safeguarding company assets by taking ownership of processes and procedures. Responsible for financial accounting and reporting for entities under his/ her charge.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, vendor payments and other transactions
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and statutory compliances (Income Tax, TDS, GST, Company Law etc )
• Managing financial transactions, overseeing and preparing income statements, and preparing financial reports. Assisting the CFO in ensuring that there is fiscal responsibility within the firm's operation
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results
• Reviewing monitoring, and managing budgets.
• Analyzing financial data and monitoring internal controls.
• Overall responsibility for Financial & Accounts Management and instituting financial discipline in the organization and operations
• Prepare & Review Audit Financials & Schedules as per IGAAP or Ind-AS.
• Resolve audit queries, and follow up for pending information with Finance, Legal, Tax, Solutions, Supply,
• Sales, etc
• Providing business finance support to the team.
• Strong stakeholder management from a finance perspective.
• Liaise with consultants for driving the closure of company secretary matters
The successful Finance Controller Candidate:
Chartered Accountant- Having a minimum experience of 8 to 10 years
Have led a team size of at least 5 to 8 FTEs in a current or previous stint
Strong Knowledge of IFRS
Good Communication Skills
