Audit and Financial Leadership Role
• This leadership-facing role focuses on audit readiness, intercompany accuracy, and ensuring that the group's financial position is presented in a clean, compliant, and investor-friendly manner.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare and finalize consolidated financial statements across all group entities
• Reconcile intercompany balances, investments, and shareholder positions
• Oversee accounting health at each portfolio company by reviewing their financial submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams for statutory reporting
• Ensure adherence to Ind-AS/IFRS and relevant regional compliance standards
• Maintain group-level documentation and data rooms for audit, due diligence, and investor processes
• Identify risks in portfolio accounting practices and suggest corrective controls
• Support the CEO/CFO in maintaining a clear group-level financial position
Key Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in audit, consolidation, or reporting roles
• Experience in working with public listed companies is mandatory
• Experience in multi-entity structures, preferably within holding companies
• Comfortable working across teams and geographies to synthesize group-wide financial data
