Key responsibilities include:
• Retail Division
• Oversight of daily sales reconciliations, taxation, and vendor payments.
• Monitoring POS-level entries, stock, and cost management.
• Collaboration with retail heads for monthly budgeting and cost optimization.
• Wholesale Division
• Supervision of B2B billing cycles, credit limits, and payment schedules.
• Evaluation of bulk sales margins and cash flows.
• Ensuring proper ledger maintenance and client-wise profitability tracking.
• Factory Operations
• Management of inventory accounting (raw gold, finished goods, wastage)
• Tracking job work entries, vendor transactions, and work-in-progress reports.
• Asset register and manufacturing overheads.
• Back Office & Compliance
• Filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns timely.
• Internal audit processes, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintaining MIS reports and financial dashboards for top management.
• International Business
• Coordination with export team for documentation, foreign transactions & forex planning.
• Tracking international payment cycles and ensuring compliance with FEMA/ RBI norms.
• Support in financial reporting across UAE, USA, and Hong Kong branches.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, MIS, Banking, and Reconciliations. Self-motivated, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
