Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst

• Collaboration: Work closely with property management, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and alignment in financial reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry.
• Analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach, proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
