Job Description
The Labour Support Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the company's financial operations. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and reporting of monthly management results
Analyse budget performance and identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost reductions
Management of insurance and foreign resident artist withholding requirements and reporting
Creation of dashboards to monitor the business' performance
Monitor and report on cash flow
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics from an accredited university
Must have at least 2 years of relevant finance and accounting experience within a commercial accountant capacity
Must have at least 2 years accounting experience in a corporate setting
Must have at least 2 years commercial experience with Quickbook Accounting or XERO software
Must have at least 2 years commercial experience with company income tax and GST
