• ment:Open and process POs for internal teams, ensuring accurate coding and alignment with budget allocat
• ions.Track the status of open POs and ensure timely closure and repor
ting.Budget Forecasting, Tracking & Repor
• ting:Assist in monitoring and forecasting marketing project and department budgets, identifying variances, and providing insights for budget adjustm
• ents.Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports for management, including budget vs. actuals, and forec
• asts.Collaborate with department leads to ensure financial data aligns with project timelines and g
oals.Accounting Sup
• port:Assist with general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliat
• ions.Support month-end and year-end close proce
sses.Financial Coordina
• tion:Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and financial data sha
