We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Record to Report at Genpact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless end-to-end process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage journal entries and fixed assets records
• Perform month-end close activities, including review and reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely intercompany accounting and bank/investment reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger and fixed assets records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and errors
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and macros
• ERP system experience (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial)
