Financial Systems Accountant
We are currently looking for a Financial Systems Accountant to be based in London on a full-time basis, reporting into the Financial Systems Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Implementation of controls in the newly deployed procurement and expense system. (Coupa and Concur)
• Responsible for the final authorising of employee expenses in line with the company’s policy, including validation of cost center and validity of claims
• Processing of Journals to ensure accurate reporting
• Point of contact for system related queries
• Monthly & quarterly reconciliations, and KPI reporting relating to expenses
• Ensure that the internal control mandates are up to date with all appropriate signatures obtained, these will also include updating finance systems
• Continuous Improvement of Concur/Coupa processes and implementing configuration changes
• Support the Finance System team with Process and report automation
Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledge of Finance operations processes
• Experienced Concur / Coupa and SAP user
• Understanding of Accounting principals
• Experienced with various Accounting software and process tools
• Experienced process improvement knowledge
• Knowledge of power query ,office scripts , power automate and Alteryx
• Strong process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confident in speaking to business stakeholders.
• Analytical, critical thinker with a problem solving attitude.
• Proactive, energetic and curious.
