Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled JR Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate accounting records at A L Paper House.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, financial statements, and reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Evaluate compliance with company policies and accounting principles
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts
• Support tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
• Handle vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
