About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our advisory firm as a Restructuring Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the restructuring and turnaround efforts of under-performing companies, providing technical advice to both the public and private sectors, and being involved in fraud investigations.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a broad mix of local and international clients, including businesses in financial distress. You'll lead, manage, and directly work on formal appointments (receivership, voluntary administration, and liquidation engagements).
Responsibilities:
Leading the restructuring and turnaround efforts of under-performing companies
Providing technical advice to both the public and private sectors
Being involved in fraud investigations
Working with a diverse range of clients from various sectors and industries
Requirements:
Professionals from either one of the Big 4 or international mid-tier firms from any of the following service lines: Forensic, Restructuring/Business Recovery, Deals Advisory, or Transaction Services
2-3 years of relevant experience, with the relevant certifications (CA/CPA or CFA) or midway in being qualified
Experience in a familiar accountancy environment
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills gained from dealing with a diverse and extensive portfolio
Solid financial modelling and experience with managing big data
