Job Responsibilities
• System owner of SAP Fixed Asset module, providing support, training, & problem solving on fixed assets and capital projects.
• Process necessary transactions in fixed asset and project system module to support purchasing, capitalization and maintenance of fixed assets including Asset creation / retirements / transfers.
• Review capital spending tracking to ensure projects are within budget and closed timely.
• Perform reconciliation of fixed asset module to general ledger.
• Depreciation batch process including unplanned depreciation
• Fixed Asset Reports and Depreciation Reporting.
• Coordinate requirements of Tax, Treasury & Manufacturing for information requirements from fixed asset and project system module.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with legal/tax regulations and corporate policy with respect to capitalization and purchase of fixed assets.
• Perform month/Quater end activities like JE, reconciliation, resolution of reporting issues.
• Project closure , Capex, Budget release, order settlement
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate in Accounting/Finance or equivalent 3 years accounting/finance experience with 2 years of fixed asset experience
• SAP experience
• Microsoft office, especially
