We have great opportunity for Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting Specialist.Exp.: 4+ YearsJob Description Responsible for implementing processes and solutions to accurately record and manage all aspects of Fixed Asset & Lease Accounting.  Oversee lease accounting processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and IND AS standards.  Support chart of accounts alignment, back-office integration, and payment processing related to fixed assets and leases.  Ensure accurate capitalization, depreciation, and amortization of fixed assets and leasehold improvements. Key Responsibilities:  Fixed Asset Accounting: o Manage mass additions, retirements, transfers, and depreciation of fixed assets. o Handle capital work in progress (CWIP) additions and conversions to fixed assets. o Conduct physical FA verification and resolve discrepancies.  Lease Accounting: o Ensure proper classification and accounting treatment of operating and finance leases as per US GAAP, IFRS, and IND AS 116. o Maintain lease amortization schedules, track modifications, and ensure accurate financial reporting. o Manageright-of-use (ROU) asset accounting and lease liability calculations. o Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including lease accruals and adjustments. o Work closely with real estate, legal, and finance teams for lease contract reviews and compliance. o Liase with real Estate and business for lease modification and accounting. o Managing lease accounting schedules and key financial data within the lease management system, i.e. LARS, COSTAR, etc. for Siemens Healthineers India entities. Reviewing the completeness and accuracy of abstracted lease agreements. Analysing, importing, and maintaining global accounting inputs for FX rates and discount rates. Reviewing alerts in the lease management system to identify potential issues that need to be addressed, and taking recommended actions to correct issues, where appropriate. o Generating and reviewing monthly lease accounting entries; distributing monthly and quarterly close reports, including reconciliations, disclosures, and other related reports to brand accounting teams. o Assessing and consistently applying accounting treatment for lease activities globally across Healthiness India Entities, and ensuring decisions align with accounting polic  Financial Controls & Compliance: o Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and IND AS accounting standards for fixed assets and lease accounting. o Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate and well-documented records. o Assist in payment processing related to fixed assets and lease contracts.  Process Improvement & Collaboration: o Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. o Work closely with finance, procurement, and IT teams to streamline asset management and lease accounting processesImmediate Joiners to 15 days PreferredRemote C2H opportunityCheck global opportunity at iitjobs.comRefer and earn Rs.50,000/-Thanks & Regards,Harshali DhobaleIT Recruiter, Talent Acquisition
