Job Description
FLEXOPRINTING OPERATOR - LOCATION IS INDORE (PITHAMPUR) .
Will be responsible for Operating the Flexo-Printing Machine independently.
Should be able to set up and operate the Flexoprinting machines per schedule ;
Should have :
Knowledge of full process of flexo printing
Well versed with Plate making, plate mounting
Ability to independently operate stack flexo printing machine
To improve quality of printed job
Controlling wastage including rejection
Oil and clean the machines and make minor repairs
Foil paper roll loading and unloading ;
Fills ink and checkout other required material availability in running machine
Preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance ;
Ensure that paper and ink as per required specifications during changing
