Flipkart Operations Associate – Onsite Role – Freshers Welcome

Job Summary

Flipkart is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Operations Associates. This is an onsite role where you will be a key part of our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient handling, processing, and movement of products across our fulfillment centers and delivery hubs. Key Responsibilities
• *

Receive, scan, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• *

Sort, label, and move packages to designated locations within the warehouse.
• *

Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• *

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the workplace.
• *

Perform inventory audits and ensure product availability.
• *

Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily targets and quality metrics.
• *

Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles and conducting final dispatch checks.
• *

Follow all Flipkart policies and procedures regarding handling and movement of goods.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Minimum 10th/12th pass from a recognized board.
• *

Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an added advantage.
• *

Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights as part of regular duties.
• *

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English or the local language.
• *

Positive attitude, teamwork, and discipline are essential.

9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break).
