This position forms part of the Bureau’s national Flood Warning Network (FWN) team, responsible for management of an extensive network of flood warning assets across Australia. This network is critical for the provision of timely flood warnings for the safety of the Australian public. The team provides a focal point for technical leads maintaining the flood warning infrastructure in each of the Bureau’s Observing Operations Hubs across Australia and is responsible for coordination of maintenance, sustainment, and improvement activities across the Flood Warning network. The role reports to the Flood Warning Network Manager
