Handling customer’s complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
Should possess detailed information about the mall.
Detailed information regarding brands and their location.
Providing excellent customer service as per mall standards.
Greeting guests as they come or approach to you.
Providing information regarding the brand location, mall Services, events & activities etc.
Collect customer’s feedback during mall operational hours along with his likes and dislikes.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Perform basic CRE activities as required.
Must be focused and a team player.
Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
Follow the mall rules and policies laid down by the management.
Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Salary: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
