Job Description
Duties Responsibilities:
• Train Self, Understand and Follow Fairmont Standard Operating Policies, Procedures and Service Standards
• Ensure adherence to quality expectation and Brand Standards
• Ensure all training material is updated
• Develop, implement and monitor progress of every team member
• Develop, implement and monitor progress of the divisions strategic training plan
• Liaise with HODs of Food Production and FB Service to determine the training needs for all team members
• Conduct daily training sessions for both departments
• Ensure training, documentation and testing of all team members is completed in the required time frame
• Coordinate training sessions
• Conduct regular audits of operation time based on Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage, analyse and investigate guest feedback, prepare action plans and implement changes for enhancement of guest experience
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management
Job Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
• Should have worked as Team leader in F&B Service for at least one year
• Prior experience as an F&B Trainer
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
• Good computer skills
• Proficiency in Opera, Micros, Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as a minimum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Is creative and flexible
• Has passion for excellence
• Ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
• Attentive to guest needs
• Able to work holidays and weekends
• Able to stand for long periods of time
