Reputed Manufacturing Industry Requires Export Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential export markets and opportunities for the ceramic industry.
Develop and implement the export marketing plan and budget in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Generate leads and inquiries from existing and new customers through various online and offline channels such as email, social media, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.
Communicate effectively with customers and prospects to understand their requirements, provide product information, quotations, samples, etc.
Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with customers and finalize orders.
Coordinate with the production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer database, records, and reports on export sales performance, market trends, competitors’ activities, etc.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, distributors, and other stakeholders in the export market.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the export marketing activities and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, international trade, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in export marketing or sales in the manufacturing industry or similar products.
Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, internet, email, and social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, regulations, and policies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
