This is a full-time role based in New Delhi with flexibility for partial remote work. As part of the Founder's Office, Sales and Marketing team, you will work closely with leadership to strategize and execute sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include market research, identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, refining marketing campaigns, building partnerships, conducting customer demos, and analyzing sales data. This role would require you to wear multiple hats, and we need energetic and dynamic people who are excited to join an early-stage startup. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth will be a key part of your daily activities.
Qualifications
• Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and lead generation
• Strong Marketing skills, such as campaign planning, digital marketing, and brand awareness strategies
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and Data Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with SaaS, AI-based solutions, or workspace management tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
