The Role: Founder’s Associate
As the Founder’s Associate, you’ll be my right hand in growing SoulCity. This is not a typical “behind-the-desk” role — you’ll be meeting people from all walks of life, building authentic connections, and helping bring our story to life through social media and creative content.
What you’ll do:
• Connect with diverse people (artists, entrepreneurs, everyday citizens, creators) and nurture meaningful conversations.
• Work directly with the founder to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects.
• Create, edit, and publish reels, short-form content, and storytelling pieces that amplify SoulCity’s vision.
• Bring fresh ideas to how we engage online and offline communities.
• Be deeply involved in shaping the early DNA of a purpose-driven startup.
What we’re looking for:
• A people-person who genuinely enjoys conversations, not small talk.
• Someone who feels excited about India’s culture, communities, and future.
• Comfortable on social media, with skills in reels, editing, and storytelling.
• Creative, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves to make things happen.
