Responsibilities:
• Assist with project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve project outcomes.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing documents, to help the founder stay organized and focused on key priorities.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth within the organization.
• Act as a liaison between the founder and other team members, partners, or stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program, such as business administration, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and working effectively in diverse teams.
• A strong passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation, coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude, with a drive to think outside the box and go the extra mile in all aspects of the role
