Job description
• Develop and execute strategy to identify, onboard, and expand builder, developer, and connector networks for lending products
• Build strong relationships with key builders, developers, brokers, and referral partners to drive high-quality loan sourcing
• Define performance benchmarks, incentives, and engagement programs for network partners
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and credit teams to ensure smooth loan application processing and approvals
• Monitor partner performance, lead quality, and disbursement contribution to optimize network ROI
• Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand builder/connector network coverage
• Maintain MIS, dashboards, and strategic reports for senior management review

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Sales Executive on a commission basis at Corazor Technology Private Limited. The Founding Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's innovative digital services.
