Roles And Responsibilities
Responsible for finalizing financial statements as per IND AS & IFRS and ensuring compliance to Companies Act/other related Regulatory guidance
Ensuring compliance to accounting policies, accounting standards, practices & principles. Ensure accurate and timely closure of financial books of accounts.
Responsible for audit of financials statement and Interaction with statutory auditors (Big 4), Internal auditors.
Budgeting, Forecasting and Controlling of Revenue, EBIT, Opex, Capex
Responsible for monthly, Quarterly & Yearly closing of books of accounts.
Maintain & Improve, overall Control Environment over Reporting and roles handled. Ensure compliance to SOX /IFC
Responsible to deliver Cost Accounts and Audit coordination with Cost Auditors.
Responsible for GL Management, Reviews, Reconciliations, including controls/oversight over fixed asset, payroll accounting, invoicing/collection process,
Reviews and approves complex manual journal entries.
Responsible for functioning of Accounts Payable Process
Close coordination & liaising within finance department (Tax, Treasury, Project Finance, AP, AR) & Business Operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be qualified CAs with 12-15 years of experience with in depth understanding of accounting in EPC / Construction / Service Industry and understanding of man hour costing in service industry
Big 4 experience will be helpful.
Candidates should have strong analytical and good communication, skills with the aptitude and attitude to make a positive impact on Company.
Candidates should have the flavor to review and finalize the financial statements, Budgets, etc.. High level of precision and accuracy is requiring.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Having working experience in ERP environment.
Having SOX working environment experience.
Should have skills to manage teams (direct reports) and coordinate efficiently with other Finance Team members, Peers, Senior Leaders etc.
