Fractional Controller – Remote (Approx. 10-15 hrs/week)
Point One International, Ltd., a dynamic and growing business operating across six profit centers (including eCommerce and 3PL services), is seeking a highly skilled Fractional Controller to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.
You’ll work directly with the CFO to provide strategic financial guidance, enhance visibility across operations and manage consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and working capital strategy
Oversee consolidated financial reporting across 6 distinct profit centers
Develop and monitor departmental and company-wide budgets
Improve and document financial processes and internal controls
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and funding needs
Review and refine financial reports and chart of accounts in QuickBooks
Ensure financial accuracy and prepare documentation for CPA review and compliance
You should have:
Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance professional
Strong knowledge of GAAP, multi-entity financial reporting and financial strategy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop preferred
Bonus if you have experience with:
E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
Fulfillment/logistics or multi-segment businesses
Consolidating and reporting across multiple business units
Forecasting tools or advanced Excel modeling
