Fractional HR - Delhi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fractional HR Professional to partner with fast-growing e-commerce startups in Delhi. The role will focus on building HR processes from the ground up, ensuring compliance, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving HR best practices in a dynamic, startup environment. This is a strategic part-time/consulting role, ideal for HR professionals who want to leverage their expertise across multiple organizations while enabling founders to focus on scaling the business.

Our client is a fast-growing E-commerce company specializing in Luxury Goods, Jewelry, and Art. With a strong focus on premium customer experience, the company combines modern digital retail with exclusivity and craftsmanship. Backed by innovation and growth, the organization is scaling rapidly while maintaining its niche positioning in the luxury e-commerce market.
Location: Delhi, India
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with startup growth.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
• Design employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Set up performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
• Manage HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
• Guide founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
• Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.
• Provide strategic HR insights for scaling the workforce while maintaining startup agility.
Role Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 7–12 years’ HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (requiring upto 10hr commitment every week)
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
