NPI is currently seeking a personable, self-motivated Franchise Sales Coordinator to nurture prospective franchisee leads from the first conversation through signing the contract. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who takes a consultative approach to sales and thrives on building long-lasting partnerships with prospects and current franchisees.
About the Role
As a Franchise Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified franchise candidates to support the growth of our expanding network. Working closely with our executive and marketing teams at the home office, you will help streamline recruitment processes and ensure we attract high-caliber business owners who align with our values and long-term vision.
What You’ll Do:
Educate prospective franchisees about the NPI opportunity and the property inspection industry via phone, email, and text message
Take a warm, consultative sales approach focused on trust-building and long-term fit Manage, qualify, and advance leads through the recruitment pipeline using HubSpot
Partner with the marketing team to refine and optimize lead sources, automation, and campaign performance
Promote the NPI opportunity at virtual franchising events, with the potential for representing the company at in-person franchising events
Guide prospective franchisees through the reviewing and signing of agreements and contracts
Ensure adherence to all franchise laws and disclosure requirements

Key Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
Solid understanding of recruitment and sales best practices, including sourcing, screening, and qualification
Proven track record of managing a high volume of leads with strong organization and attention to detail; task- and process-oriented
Ability to make and track a minimum of 20 outbound calls a day to new and existing prospects
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Proficiency with softwares and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, and DocuSign; a dedication to learning new web-based business tools
A genuine passion for helping franchisees succeed and contributing to long-term company growth
