Job Title - Manager - Fraud Investigation
Experience _ 6+ Years
Location : Mumbai
Preferable Industry : Insurance
Key Responsibility :
• Case Investigation:
• Independently investigate and verify complaint cases, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Report Preparation:
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports documenting findings, actions taken, and outcomes of investigations.
• Departmental Coordination:
• Coordinate with regional teams, field investigators, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient case handling.
• Vendor Interaction:
• Communicate with and manage interactions with external vendors, ensuring that case requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• MIS, Analytics, and Presentation:
• Create and maintain MIS reports, analyze data related to case investigations, and prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong background in life insurance with extensive experience.
• Excellent analytical and investigative abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and data analytics tools.
• Capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in vendor management and cross-departmental coordination.
