We’re Hiring: Freelance Recruiter (3-Month Contract)
Imago and Getter, a fast-growing disinfectant and hygiene solutions company headquartered in Mumbai, are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs for mid to senior-level roles.
Prior experience hiring for multiple roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals and LinkedIn
Source and shortlist relevant profiles based on job descriptions
Conduct the first round of interviews (telephonic/virtual)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders for subsequent rounds
Maintain recruitment data and submit weekly status reports
Competencies
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently with quick turnaround times
