TelentMax is looking for a large team of Freelance Recruiters due to its expansion of work. This opportunity will give you freedom to work from home and the flexibility of choosing the working hours and also an opportunity to earn while at home.
Job Description
1. We need Recruiters working from home for sourcing suitable candidates as per mandates.
2. Understanding job profiles shared by us
3. Minimum 5-6 hours dedicated time per day.
4. Devising a search plan
5. Researching on assignment
6. Calling prospective candidates for a job opportunity
7. Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle
– Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on
– Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions.
– Excellent communication.
– Strong knowledge in MS office
Remuneration: Negotiable as per Fitment/ Mandate . As Freelancer on profit sharing basis
Experience in BFSI, Consulting Sales Hiring Experience would be added advantage.
