TOUR MANAGER
Roles

Customer Service

Budget Management
Prepare detailed budgets for each tour, forecasting potential costs and revenues.
Monitor expenses throughout the tour to stay within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Liaison with Vendors
Build and maintain relationships with local hotels, restaurants, and attractions to secure favorable terms.
Coordinate logistics such as transportation schedules, meal planning, and attraction timings.
Safety Oversight
Conduct safety briefings at the beginning of tours to inform participants about emergency procedures.
Stay informed about local health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance during tours.
