Urgent Required Freelance HR RecruiterDepartment IT Recruitment - Non IT Recruitment LOCATION:- PAN INDIA

Part time/full timeAll over India candidates can apply.Job Responsibility and DescriptionEducational Qualification:Graduate/ Diploma in any discipline apply.Compensation:- No Fixed.Commission Basis payout as per recruitment.Looking for Freelancers passionate to work and grow themselves in the recruitment field.Ideal candidates will be MBA Undergraduate/College Graduates/housewives, people with special challenges who cannot work in regular employment.As per the performance after 3 month probation candidates will be offered a full time job.Required Skill Set:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Good understanding of the Internet & MS Office is a must.Ability to understand technical Job Descriptions & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.Minimum 1 year experience into recruitment.Should have System Laptop WIFI.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance with the Job description.Thorough Assessment of candidates skill and professional details over a telephonic conversation

Interview scheduling & reference check.Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirementsUnderstand the job responsibility and formulate a work planSourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forumsMaintain a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for an efficient recruitment processFloat Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategiesConduct market due diligence on the availability of talent pool in specific markets/RegionsConduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required.
