Interview scheduling & reference check.Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirementsUnderstand the job responsibility and formulate a work planSourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forumsMaintain a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for an efficient recruitment processFloat Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategiesConduct market due diligence on the availability of talent pool in specific markets/RegionsConduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required.
