Key responsibilities

• Adhering to established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.
• Relevant internships or part-time experience in customer service or travel-related roles.
