Ground Staff is a professional responsible for taking care of air passenger once their plane is grounded on the Airport. He is to take care of every little work on the airport right from taking care of the luggage from luggage carrier to cargo.
Airport Ground Staff is also involved in the management of the airport, its security and maintenance.
Once the plane is landed on the ground the responsibility of the passenger's convenience and safety is wholly that of Airport Ground Staff.
